Express Scripts, Evernorth Health Services, Highmark, & UPMC Health Plan plan to remove Penn Laurel Pharmacy, Boswell Prescription Center, Ligonier Pharmacy, or Martella’s Pharmacies from its network. This decision puts local, community-based care at risk. The pharmacies have been notified by Express Scripts (ESI) that they are being terminated from the ESI network effective August 18, 2025.
